A very bad day for eating. I think the only thing I did right was get enough water. I'm kind of disappointed in myself. But, we live to fight another day.

I also get bogged down in the daily grind. It's all about the weekly report, the monthly report, are you meeting your calories? How's your weight doing? 4 and a half years and the program has worked for me. I was ready. It's a slog. Quick results aren't happening. Being free of expecting instant results sort of sets you free. You're looking long term down the road.
