I was browsing tips on consuming fewer calories. Thought I would share them with you... Here’s the rundown:
1. Eat fruits and vegetables. High water, high fiber foods provide satiety.
2. Lean protein provides satiety
3. Solid foods are more filling. Drinks do not last as long in the stomach as solid foods.
4. Eat mindfully by paying attention to your body’s signals.
As I was saying yesterday, budgeting calories is like budgeting money. You pay your bills first before you splurge on entertainment. You prioritize foods that provide the necessities (satiety, nutrients,...) before we splurge on “fun foods.” Hope this helps❣️
