a little trick I've learned is if you take that chopped avocado place it in the ziplock with a little olive oil and seasoning you can make a lovely low calorie, healthy fat dressing.

I agree with Jipper500, here is how I boil eggs. Boil 5 minutes and then cover and remove from heat for 15 minutes. Your Salad looks yummy!

I agree about the egg. I usually cook them close to perfect. I have no idea if I set my timer wrong or what, or if I heated it up too slowly.
