Today is the start of another journey. I had gained 7 pounds back since my last log in. Im going to go at it again! 67 pounds to go to GOAL!

Hi Determined, I am happy to see you on-line and look forward to visiting with you more. This journaling stuff has really helped me so very much. If you get a moment look over a few of my journals and see how I have been doing "One day at a time". Also, look at k8yk who is such a wonderful role model or should I say Goal Model?
