Thanks Pascoal777. I was being hard on myself for leaving out the lateral walk (with band) and monster walk (with band). I'm afraid of losing my balance and I don't want to lean on that arm! Now I feel better about myself. YOU are an INSPIRATION. I love your foods and we have protein goals! Plus, your new profile pic is so cute and sweet. Be blessed!!! :0)
