Soooooo....
My first week is done. With all due respect - it was hard. No, I did not kept track of my calories. Yes, I failed IF(Intermittent Fasting). I forgot to weigh in yesterday, but managed to do it today.
I managed to drink 2.5 Liters of water each day - my liquid intake would usually to cups of coffee during the day and a beer or 2 after work. Friday night I drank two glasses of red wine, and a few shots tequila... oops... Sunday 1 glass of red wine.
I also managed to cut out any mayor carbs - bread, rice, pasta, pizza, etc. No sweets, no cool drinks, no sugar. I feel a bit more positive this week. I hope I can stick with this.

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
