Lunch 😊😊 Did I mention that I do not logging my food 😭😭😭🤣🤪 It's not labor intensive or anything, just annoying that I need to do it - but I know it's effective! I was mindful of my hunger, which is a nice change since obviously I haven't had true hunger pangs in a while 😭😭😭🤣
