Ok. So this weekend I went over my brothers house for a photo shoot with my nephews. He’s doing keto so I figured there will be some healthy options during dinner. I told him I would bring salad and he said no. Unfortunately he had Chinese food.

There were no healthy options. Not even salad... I am calorie counting. And not Intaking oil... my brother gets butthurt easily and gets offended if anyone doesn’t join him in anything. So what I did was... just went for a couple of things. Table spoon of the kungpao chicken and a couple of chicken meatballs. God I felt horrible. When I got home at 11 pm, I drank the soup I made. I was famished.

There goes my 12 hour fast. On a lighter note I didn’t gain any weight but I probably lost some and gained it back to my drop. Back to normal today. Not going to see my brother for another month. I love my nephews but my health is important now
97.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 40.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
