我有吃點心🥧的習慣,所以晚餐吃這樣約7分飽~~還可以啦⋯⋯(有時候會偷偷吃零食🤫🤫🤫)

這個餐盒應該跟妳午餐🥣的餐盒差不多~所以量跟妳午餐的量也差不多~😊😊😊
