looking to find a lifestyle change to help me stick to my calories. i struggled big last night and over ate. a whole bag of white cheddar popcorn about three hours after I ate my dinner. I think that I am going to quit drinking coffee because I use way to much creamer and it is killing me on calories. I went to this place and they said they i weighed 233.. four days before that, my dietitian weighed me and said i was 246... I got rid of the scale at home because i became obsessed with it. So, i have no idea how much i weigh and i do not go back to the dietitian for another week and a half. This stressed me out big time! there is no way that i lost that much weight in four days...

I wouldn't trip too much. when I was actively losing my weight, I got rid of snacks and took any food that was left out, and put it in my cupboards and I will tell you why: if you see it, you eat it! I also removed my coffee table from my livingroom so that I would quit ,zombie snacking while watching my favorite shows. Hands down, I think that the combination of the invention of the Television combined with non traditional eating at the coffee table led to obesity in America! No more soda! After I started calorie counting, I found out that I was ingesting over 20,000 calories alone each month drinking soda! That equates to about 6 pounds of weight according to the knowhows! I could go on, but let me tell you. You have to do it for you hun. Slowly change your eating habits back to the traditional 3 meals a day and dont eat before bed. And of all I can say to you, remember, the power is yours!
