Not surprising I put on today, I actually worked out hard to be able to scoff my face full of dumplings - so not even sorry, was worth every mouthful!!
80.9 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
