I Am down from yesterday!! Hooray!! Have cookout with eldest daughter and her boyfriend tonight. Our menu is steak, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, cream pie. Goals for today.. no wine, small portion mashed potatoes tonight, no pie. Drink only water and herbal tea. I can do this!
