At 156 lbs. these last two days means that in one week I lost 4 lbs! Yay!
I couldn't record my 160 pound weight on Monday, December 30, so no one knows this but me. I don't care. I know where I started! This WOE is hard and intensive, but it works, as long as I keep it up for 12 weeks. Slow and steady will work...
