I'm doing well today. I have increased my caloric intake, but the exercise is pretty much the same. I don't think I will log in my food on the diet calender anymore because the food counts are different. I will just keep a food log on my own and give updates on my journal. I can keep a more accurate record by reading the label. I am going to make some meals to freeze so I will have something healthy to eat when school starts. I will also make a menu plan to follow.
