I have been cheating like crazy, but somehow I am still losing a pound a week. I am not complaining but I don't understand how that is possible. I really do need to relax with the cheating though if I want to get to goal weight (115). I am very happy with my progress so far and a couple of my buddies are doing amazing too. Keep it up everyone!!!
