Getting enough protein is so hard. I should be getting around 75 grams per day considering my exercise level. I'm getting like 30. Not good. I'm considering not being a vegetarian for soccer season. But I don't know. I just don't like meat very much. I just don't want to get injured or be to weak to play soccer.

If you are a vegetarian, some good sources of protein are egg whites (excellent), low-fat string cheese, greek yogurt (2-3x the protein of regular yogurt), nuts, and beans. You can also kick your day off with a protein shake (one scoop of the powder mixed with water is around 20 g protein). The greek yogurt I like is Chobani - either 14 or 16 grams of protein and around 140 calories.
