This is so true. I started this journey with some bumps along the way but I am very happy with the progress and the way I feel thus far!! I had gained a little and plateaued and it was tempting to give up! Y’all are the best for all your support!

I jumped back into making healthier choices & tracking my foods on FS 6 months ago. I've made some new friends here & feeling very positive going into this new year. All you have to do is put in the effort and you'll be happier for it.
