neha10p87 This is an intermitted fasting diet. No breakfast. For lunch 1cup of rice 0.25cup of dal curry(added 2eggs), green leaves & chilli onions.
For dinner 1cup of beans, 0.25cup of dal & leaves.
For snack cooked oats (7 tbsp of oats, 3tbsp non-fat milk powder, 1tsp of sugar)
After meals have a cup of green tea.
