Things are going OK with my diet. I've been on track all week and i got a little frustrated on Monday because somehow i gained 2 pounds. Now I know that i shouldn't be letting daily weigh-ins affect me because it really does change from day to day, especially with females when it comes to water retention and the like, but i did it anyway. But I'm keeping the faith alive and continuing what i was doing. I have seen some improvements but it just sucks that I can't be happy that i lost a pound because I'm thinking in the back of my head, "It would've been three pounds if I didn't have that 2 lb gain". ugh! se la vie.
