When I was 30, I never imagined I would look that good at 50+! Of course, I WANTED to look good, but my imagination did not go further surgical facelift ...lol...
Now, when I reached this point I realize how naive I was. The lifestyle is the key. Honestly, no dieting, no facials or advanced beauty procedures can beat the effect. It is more about everyday choices. What is the point to achieve a certain goal if the result is not maintained?
For me to look good is about having control over my life. It is not about being vain. If I can do this, I can do so much more in other aspects of my life.
