After Christmas workout weight. I think it was the legend Arnold that I heard it from. Of the many motivational speeches I've heard with regards to self-care, one that truly resonated with me goes something like, "earn your cheat/rest day". Yesterday I ate what I don't, drank what I don't. Spent time with the family under no nutritional restrictions. It was a good reset for my lifestyle. Today I am back in the gym, beast mode. Feels extra different today. Feeling more motivated. Ronnie Coleman did the same thing one night before a show. Broke from his norm the night before and ripped his performance the next day. Truly something powerful here. Excited for this 3rd round in my second off-season sub-phase.
