Wii Fit weight: 139.1 Probably could have been better if I didn't cheat last night and eat salty snacks on the couch while watching TV. I didn't enter this on my food diary...... Sometimes we addicts do have relapses. Then of course we deny and lie, which is why I didn't enter the cheat. Food still has me in its grip. 139 is a heck of a lot better than the 157 I was 3 months ago, but my goal is in sight and I need to keep the faith and not lose heart.
