UGH... got on the scale this morning and gained two pounds. Not going to give up though, jumped on the treadmill and started walking/jogging felt awesome!!!

Good for you for getting on the treadmill. Surely the scale will move down for you soon! Probably just water weight, did you eat anything too salty yesterday?

yeah I had a Pickle at Sea World... It was all I could find that was healthy.

The last time I went somewhere like that while dieting, I ate pickles all day! It was that or buy hot dogs and throw away the bun. But we are huge pickle lovers in our house. I am thinking about trying to make my own.

Great job hopping right on that treadmill! That's showing your scale who's boss. I'll bet if you drink lots of water, the scale will come to it's senses and be nice.
