Continued sticking to diet with a small alcohol exception that will not repeat for the rest of the week. Managed to get out of bed early enough to complete my yoga routine and do 15 burpees (squat, jump feet back to do push up, jump feet back to hands, stand, and jump). Had leftovers for breakfast and now drinking Good Earth tea - so tasty.
