Day 4 on Vacation

We did some running around this morning and on the way back we stopped for the kids to do some mini golf, bumper boats and other stuff. We came back and walked on the beach and I went out for a bike ride after dinner. I am trying to get something in everyday. We are having a wonderful time and the weather has been great so far! I am trying to get water in as much as I can to help override the beer and so forth.

Great job keeping active while on vacay! You're smart to keep track of your water intake because, on top of helping with the beer bloat, it also helps keep Mr. C from ruining your day :) Enjoy the rest of your stay!
