Didn't get up to work out this morning since I didn't sleep well. This is not a good excuse since I did so much self-talk this am and I convinced myself that I deserved the sleep rather deserving the energy boost that morning workouts give me. The great thing is that I'm recognizing this behavior and I must go back to getting up at the sound of the alarm before the self-talk begins.
As for the "Mary's Mini", I stuck to it most of the week. By Friday, I was off it since I was tempted by some treats. By Sunday, I was renewed again (movies on Sat led to more binging). I'm still sticking to the principles of the diet but not beating myself up over straying.
