By the way I had: wine, beer, coffee, water, cookies, wheat thins, eggs, ground beef, steak, chicken, potatoes, baked breaded raviolis, malted milk balls, orange juice, bread, pancakes, syrup, Jamaican Beef patties and the kitchen sink since my last weigh in. Why? Polar opposites in terms of food choices are not for me [Some members here on FS have the all or nothing mentality. Spouting the "do it my way or the highway" and to be honest, you have to find your own way, PERIOD]

What a fantastic achievement, @Chesgreen! You definitely should be very proud! On the point of what you eat, how you do it, and personal choices - 100% agree - there is no one way. There are one ways for those who subscribe to it and it has worked for them - but our bodies respond to different methods as we are all unique. I don't give up any food choices because, but understand if others do or must because of genetics, etc. It isn't sustainable for me. What is, though, is moderation, CICO, and IF as a tool. I also work my butt off at the gym to accelerate things. Keep up the awesome work! Congrats on all of it!

When I get in the office, I’ll do a weight/journal entry. Been on the highway for over 2 hours now. We had our third snowfall since Dec 1st and traffic is horrible. I updated my picture and Bio. I did it!!!!!!
