I’m doing an egg fast today. My goal is for 3 to 5 days. General rules per my macros:
1. Minimum 8 eggs a day 2. Fats: choose one of the following for every egg eaten- 1 oz hard cheese, 1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs HWC, 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 tbs butter or 1 oz cream cheese 3. Use salt generously 4. Other spices and herbs as desired, assured they are zero carbs. 5. Coffee, tea and water.
