Amazing, once I started eating several small meals a day, my body figured out that I wasn't trying to starve it and dropped a couple of pounds in one day. Yesterday, I felt like I ate a lot, the protein bar definitely made me feel incredibly full - Adkins Choc. Chip bar, it was fabulous, but it gave me a headache. Dinner was at Szechuan Rest. and had steamed chicken and vegetables (no rice, no egg roll, darn). It was sooo good, and I didn't blow my diet.
