Hi everyone it’s been a while since I was on here, but still working away. Left photo is my current state right photo from last year August time. I turned vegan after August, lost 34 Lbs in 3 months and I have been maintaining my weight currently at 76Kg. I lost muscle mass to begin with. But since then I trained very intensely to get the muscle mass back. I have been doing a 35min fasted cardio every morning 7 days a week followed by an intense weight workout in the afternoon or evening. I have a personal trainer who has pushed me beyond my comfort zone.
