Day 2 on Vacation - I don't think I will be recording my food while I'm here. It's too hard and I can't keep track of the beers. I am going to try to be concious of what I eat and I have made some things and made them lower fat versions. The great thing is I am still preparing MOST of my food myself so I am in control most of the time as far as ingredients. My big splurge is alcohol at this point. I am try ing to get some bike riding in and walking along with swimming so hopfully that will help to counteract some.
We have an awesome camp site and we are at a very nice campground. We are having a great time. We are on Lake Erie in Geneva on the Lake.

Have a wonderful time on vacation!! Even though you're eating/drinking differently, you are still concious of things (like you said) and that is a huge help. ENJOY!!!

WOW! Sounds like a great time and place to be vacationing! I have the same issue with the 'beers' adding up my points. But if you can keep drinking a LOT of water and since you're still in control of most of your food I bet you'll do just fine! Have a fun, relaxing time!!! And don't forget the sunscreen ;O)!!!
