Weight hasn't changed much yet. Will be increasing kCal by another 500 after this week. Onto the 4th week of my push/pull routine. Moving heavier weight now. Focused on quality and maintaining quantity. Pushing myself beyond previous limitations. It's really a mental game now. No limits, no boundaries, no doubts. This first day on 4th cycle was a real test!
