I feel great today. I got my hair cut yesterday. A new look does wonders for your ego. I can feel myself and my body changing. I am eating well and exercising daily. I am going to cook some meals that fit within my plan and freeze them, I start student teaching in three weeks and I wont have time to cook. I am staring to eat more vegetarian meals. If anyone has any ideas where I can find recipes that freeze well let me know.
