Well, it's been 17 days cigarette and alcohol free, and time to get my butt in shape, too. Never thought I would be 30 pounds overweight, and the fact that I've complained about it for the last year. Yikes. I'm hungry...blew all my calories on that stupid cheese ball and peanut butter earlier in the day and had to have a tee tiny piece of chicken for dinner.
