I attended a baby shower yesterday and couldn't resist the bacon. I had 3 slices. It was delicious!!!! I was proud of myself for passing on the homefries and french toast. But I was up 1 lb this morning. No biggie. I'll just exercise it off today. I exercised at 9:30 pm last night because of that bacon so I don't feel guilty.
Breakfast today= 1 egg, 1/4 c egg white, 1 slice reduced fat american cheese and 3 slices Canadian Bacon.
Lunch= salad with olive oil and vinegar, 1/2 c sugar free jello, 1 small orange, water.
