Yeah, down 10 lbs since Sunday. My bf is on the diet with me this time and it is much easier to follow when the other person in the house is eating healthy as well. He hates anything healthy so this has been hard on him but he is trying to lose weight so he is dealing. I hope he can stay on it with me.

Yes, it is so much easier to have others around you doing an eating plan together! I need the support in "numbers" too! lol Wished I knew why... lol. Eating healthy can be sooo yummy, but it does take a bit more work to do so and changing our way of thinking and shopping is not always easy, either. But.. YOU can DO IT!! =D
