Lunch today will be
2 turkey patties
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 pickle spear
a large salad:
lettuce
celery
tomato
green peppers
mushrooms


snack:
cantaloupe jello (sugar free)

dinner:
fish with onion and jalapeno peppers
cabbage (mock mashed potato)
