HAving a not so great day at work!! ... nasty people are everywere I should know that right? ...
I see that everybody is doing awesome ! .. so happy 4 u guys! .. I am doing just OK ... I should be more organized ... and planned better my meals ... SO busy always ..! ... I need to find the time and motivation because I'm not having the results I want ...
For now this week I started to excercise 4 days instead of 3 ... so maybe that'll help! :) ....
Today zumba classes are waiting for me....

You are doing just as GREAT too! Keep sticking with it and never give up. Don't focus on that haunting scale, but notice how good and more energetic you are starting to feel by exercising regularly. My trick has been to keep those Proteins high (higher than Fat and Carbs if possible), drinking water/teas constantly, and healthy snacking in between meals. I'm soo proud of you Exna! WE CAN DO THIS!!! Hang in there :D
