Haven't really been on a scale since I last weighed 179. Of course I'm scared that my weight has severely increased so I've been avoiding my friend the sclae. My diet hasn't been the best and I've been sick, what other excuse can I come up with??? I am going to try and lose 4 lbs this month, I haven't started off so well today because I grabbed the two slices of leftover pizza and made a salad for lunch. I have been doing well with not buying frozen meals so, I hope that helps. I'm still pressing forward so the changes that I've made for this month will be:
1. Don't buy any frozen meals, only real meal with my salad 2 No yoga for the April, only cardio; Running, weights, elliptical 3. No sweets for the month of April (had a rice crispy treat 90 calories and four munchkin sugar donuts yesterday. Fun size M&M pretzel today. That is it no more for the remainder of the month. 4. As always keep my calories at or under 1500 claories and drink plenty of water (something else I've kinda been slacking with while I ws sick).
