I am so glad that you are feeling better...my mom had shingles last year. It was very hard on her. I hope you continue to feel better, and that the fluid retention continues to drop off. Have a wonderful weekend! By the way, I love your avatar picture!

Thanks. The shingles are definitely not fun. It may be weeks before the pain is all gone, which is a real nuisance.
It's a constant struggle to keep my weight stable. My doctor's advice on a good calorie count has been helpful, but not as helpful as it could have been. If I try to keep my weight stable it goes up. If I stay low it goes down. I can't win.
