午餐
食材這個禮拜應該都差不多,
烤鮭魚,燙甜椒、青花菜,毛豆拌黑豆干
雞胸肉,地瓜泥
搭了一杯自製的柳橙葡萄柚茶
(加大量的茶稀釋,避免熱量跟碳水太高
