I have been on induction for 2 weeks and although I did not lose any weight I do feel a lot better now, more "alive" and my skin and hair look really good. As per advice from the Atkins website I am now moving on to OWL and this is where I am to lose the weight. I introduced a strawberry (just one) back on my diet to see what happened. Oh my God! the taste was delicious, I felt like If I had never eaten strawberries in my life LOL, I was like "oh, so sweet" I loved it. I am going to enjoy adding new foods little by little. So looking forward to posting about weight loss :) hopefully soon
