I weighed myself yesterday and measured myself today- not exactly as bad as I thought, I am over a stone less than I was this time last year, and I put on 3 lbs over the last few weeks, but my waist measurement is 1" bigger- less actual movement while I've been sewing instead of exercising I think. Now catching up with the house work so fingers crossed that will help me out. I am not going out walking until this really cold weather eases up and there's no danger of me slipping on the icy paths.
