empowering myself's Journal, 26 Mar 13

Today I just started my weight loss journey. This is not first time i am doing this, But this time is certainly special, because I am doing it for my self and not because someone is after my life.


I want to enjoy each and every moment of this Beautiful journey, looking forward to love the pains n loss ( weight loss ).


After becoming a member in this group I have gone through so many profiles, read about many friends loosing a Lot of weight. Some nearly half of their weight. that left me with an inspiration, encouragement to attempt and a hope that " when they could do it, even i can do it ".


All the best to me To empower myself. I know this is not an easy task but its not impossible even :)
