I've been having belly issues for like 3 weeks and needless to say have fallen off the wagon. I was told my cholesterol has gone up as well. So, I see a nutritionist in 2 weeks. I really just need to not gain until I figure out how I'm gonna tweak the diet to lower my cholesterol. Oddly enough, I'm still losing weight. I have no idea how but I'm grateful for it.
