Today is day 50 of weight loss in 50 days it will be Xmas time to refocus going out this weekend kinked me off my game a little.

In the last 50 days i am down 33.7 lbs
In the next 50 days i am going to lose 26.3 putting me at 240lb by Xmas day.

I think i need to plan in a eat out day like last weekend but plan a heavy workout the next day to put me back on track and i need to journal it helps . Also not make excuses I didn’t do the gym this morning Wednesday’s always suck but i need to power through.
