Yesterday was also my first time eating out in over 3 weeks I wasn’t bad but I wasn’t good either the food side was ok had salad and steak and a scotch egg. The drinks was ok and i had plenty of water before bed and in the morning before my run but i sill feel terrible.
The gym is going to suck today
Also i have started tracking lean body mass i think i may not be losing as much muscle as I feared more data over a longer time will tell
