😱😱我個人覺得可能妳本身就不胖需要的是塑身而已🤔🤔⋯⋯這樣可能要請教app中ㄉ減重前輩們、專業的運動教練或專業減重醫師⋯讓妳如何健康塑身又不讓胸部縮水才是🤣🤣
