我也很愛這樣的糖心蛋,不然蛋黃乾巴巴。我就冷水放蛋中火煮1.5-2分,關火讓蛋在水裡再靜置個2-3分,再拿出來就行囉!

用瓦斯煮...只有煮1.5-2分,關火....
