I sat down with my personal training yesterday to look at nutrition.

It all comes down to muscle loss I am losing fat but also muscle so I are removing 25 grams of carbs and adding 25 grams of protein that makes it calorie neutral and puts me at just over 100 grams of protein

Also tonight is my first meal out in 3 weeks is today already decided steak and salad.
